Tim Zgeybi is the Founder & CEO of Kapichu, where he leads company strategy, product development, and commercial growth. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in IT Entrepreneurship. His background combines software engineering, applied AI, product development, and entrepreneurship. Tim founded Kapichu while studying at MIPT and has led the company from its early development through marketplace pilots, commercial launch, and its first international recognition. Kapichu has since won the FPMI Startup-Track accelerator, received a ₽1 million Student Startup grant, and won the AINext Award for AI-Powered Marketing & Advertising Innovation of the Year.
