Gilles Varette is an executive and team coach, leadership facilitator and founder of Get Unstuck, with over 20 years of senior international leadership experience. Before transitioning into coaching, Gilles held senior positions within a NASDAQ-listed global technology organisation, leading multicultural teams and operations across Europe, North America and Latin America. His work focuses on sustainable organisational performance, exploring how organisations can achieve strong results without progressively undermining the human and organisational conditions required to sustain them. Combining operational leadership, executive coaching and governance experience, Gilles brings a systems-based perspective to organisational sustainability, examining the relationships between leadership, working conditions, organisational capacity and long-term performance. Originally from France and based in Ireland, Gilles holds a Master of Business Studies (Hons), is an EMCC-accredited coach, and contributes to discussions on leadership, organisational resilience and the human dimensions of sustainability.
