About
Floris is the founder and CEO of Oppr, a Dutch software company building the Human Data Layer for Manufacturing. He started Oppr in 2023 after almost 15 years in operations at corporate and startup production companies, working in and around process plants. The idea came from a recurring frustration on the floor. The people closest to the process usually know what is going wrong first, but that knowledge rarely reaches the systems or the people who could act on it. Oppr closes that gap. Floris holds an MSc in Applied Physics from TU Delft and an Executive MBA from RSM Erasmus University. He is based in The Hague and works with industrial teams across Europe.
