Chunhou Kok is Group General Counsel at DCS Group, where he leads the Group's legal, compliance, and operational risk functions across its regulated financial services, payments, and digital asset businesses. He has extensive experience in financial regulation, licensing, corporate governance, and financial crime compliance, advising on regulatory strategy, cross- border expansion, and emerging technologies. Prior to joining DCS Group, Chunhou held senior legal and compliance roles at HashKey Group, where he led legal and compliance across regulated trading, asset management, and digital asset businesses, securing regulatory licence approvals across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, and Japan. Earlier, he led the licensing of Red Dot Payment under Singapore's Payment Services Act and served as its MAS-approved Interim Head of Compliance, before beginning his legal career at Shook Lin & Bok, specialising in fintech, payments, and wealth management.
