At the beginning of my career, I focused on measuring the performance of organizations. Subsequently, my scope was broadened to also measuring the impact of organizations on the environment and society. In this period, I contributed to the development of a context-based sustainability performance measurement methodology, that has now grown into the UN’s Sustainable Development Performance Indicators. Thirdly, I focused on minimizing risks and preventing errors and fraud when organizations set out to achieving these results and impact.
The results I achieve are based on thorough analysis of robust data, from which a sophisticated strategy is developed. This is translated into an inspiring story for engaging relevant stakeholders and achieving productive collaboration with partners. I thrive when challenged with complex problems that require systems (re-)design or rapid innovation, with an international scope.
