the environmental services, sustainability, and oil & gas sectors in the United Arab Emirates.
He previously served as Head of Development and Project Manager for both local and
multinational establishments, where he led key initiatives in waste management and
infrastructure development. Over the years, Andrea has developed deep expertise in circular
economy technologies, including upcycling, waste-to-energy, and end-of-waste solutions.
With a holistic approach to leadership, Andrea excels in stakeholder engagement, strategic
budgeting, financial modeling, and cross-functional team management.
His work spans both B2B and B2G environments, consistently driving innovative, resource-
efficient solutions.
He’s also an active member of the Italian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in the UAE, a
lecturer and he is deeply familiar with the UAE’s regulatory and strategic landscape.
