SAPOT (South African Pioneers of Transformation) is a registered non-profit organization focused on skills development, training, and capacity building within South Africa’s construction industry, particularly the road construction sector. Established to create opportunities for graduates, interns, and emerging businesses, SAPOT provides technical training, mentorship, entrepreneurship support, and workplace experience to improve employability and industry participation. Through its programs and partnerships, SAPOT contributes to infrastructure development, youth empowerment, and the growth of small and medium enterprises across South Africa.
