Jia Hang is a seasoned global payments leader with more than 20 years of experience driving
innovation across financial services, digital commerce, and payment infrastructure. As Executive
Chairman of DCS Group, he leads the Group's strategic vision to build trusted payments
infrastructure that bridges traditional finance with next-generation digital payment ecosystems.
With deep expertise in global payments, corporate strategy, business development, and
international market expansion, he has led multicultural teams and scaled payment businesses
across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Prior to joining DCS Group, Jia Hang served as Global Head of Payment and Financial Services at
Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, where he led payment and financial services
strategies across Alibaba's international businesses, including AliExpress, Alibaba.com, Lazada,
Daraz, Trendyol and Miravia. Earlier at Ant Group, he held several senior leadership positions,
including Regional General Manager for Southeast Asia and Europe, and General Manager for
Alipay+ Global Partnerships, where he played a key role in expanding the company's
international payments ecosystem. He began his career at China UnionPay and UnionPay
International, where he led the expansion of UnionPay across the Americas and established
UnionPay USA in 2009. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua
University.
