Ayşe YILMAZ is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, technology entrepreneur, and the Founder
and CEO of AYDICORE (AY Decision Intelligence Core), a technology company focused on
Financial Decision Intelligence.
Ayşe founded AYDICORE with a simple question in mind: businesses have more financial data
than ever, but how can that data actually help them make better decisions? AYDICORE is being
built to address this gap by bringing together Decision Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence,
financial data, predictive analytics, and Business Intelligence.
The initial focus of AYDICORE is financial decision-making. The platform is being developed to
help businesses understand their financial data beyond traditional reporting, identify important
patterns and potential risks, and turn complex information into clear and actionable decision
insights. Ayşe's long-term vision is to develop AYDICORE into a global Decision Intelligence
platform that can help organizations understand not only what is happening in their business, but
also what may happen next and where attention should be focused.
Ayşe's path into technology began with Electrical and Electronics Engineering, but her interests
have always extended beyond a single discipline. During her university years, she worked on a
wide range of engineering and technology projects while developing her interests in software, data,
artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. She participated in several TEKNOFEST and
engineering competitions, contributing to projects involving UAVs, rocketry, helicopter design,
and electric vehicles. She also worked on technical projects involving CubeSat Electrical Power
Systems, power electronics, flyback converters, SMPS systems, and solar tracking technologies.
These experiences gave her the opportunity to work with different teams and apply engineering
knowledge to practical technology challenges. Her university years also gave her the opportunity
to explore the aviation industry through internships and technical experiences. She completed an
internship with AirCar, an emerging Turkish flying-car/eVTOL project, and gained additional
internship experience with the Turkish Air Force. Her professional experience later included work
with aviation companies, giving her practical experience within the aviation industry. She also
worked as an Avionics Instructor at an aviation school, combining her engineering background
with technical training and knowledge-sharing.
Aviation has therefore been an important part of her professional background, while her interests
and career have continued to expand toward software, data, and artificial intelligence. Alongside
her engineering and aviation experience, Ayşe developed hands-on experience working with AI
systems. At Yandex, she evaluated multiple AI-generated responses to the same prompts,
comparing them across different criteria, assigning scores, and selecting the response that best met
the requirements. She later worked as an AI Trainer at Outlier, where she continued to evaluate
AYSE YILMAZ
and score alternative AI-generated responses. This work gave her practical experience with AI
response evaluation, comparative assessment, and the role of human judgment in improving the
quality of AI generated results.
Today, these different experiences come together through AYDICORE. Her engineering
background gave her a strong foundation in solving complex technical problems, her aviation
experience exposed her to highly technical and operational environments, and her work with data
and AI led her toward Decision Intelligence.
For Ayşe, Decision Intelligence is about closing the gap between having financial data and
knowing what to do with it. Through AYDICORE, she is working to turn this idea into a practical
technology product and build a company with global potential in Financial Decision Intelligence.
As a woman building a technology company at the intersection of AI, data, and decision-making,
Ayşe is focused on developing technology that goes beyond simply processing information and
helps businesses better understand their financial situation, recognize important signals, and make
more informed decisions.
