She grew up inside her family's BPO operations in the Philippines, where her family has managed deployments and contractors for the telecom and construction industries— learning firsthand how operational systems either make or break a company's ability to scale. At 20, she is one of the youngest operators working at the intersection of AI implementation and offshore workforce management. Over the past two years she has built and deployed growth and operations systems inside service businesses doing $100K to $1.2M per month, conducted 130+ diagnostic business audits, and trained directly under the leading practitioners in AI operations and growth systems globally.
