My Bio:
Jen Gibson is Co-Founder & CEO of Xela, a clinical intelligence platform solving data fragmentation and interoperability challenges across the patient journey. A healthtech operator and founder with 18+ years of experience across payer, provider, and employer contexts, she brings deep expertise in patient-centric product design, accessibility, and AI-enabled health platforms. Her background includes leading development of clinical health programs at Apple, and she is a member of The Bond Fund, a member-managed nonprofit early-stage venture collective.
