Lance is an AIE Leader and Founder with 10 years of experience designing high-performance systems and managing enterprise IT risk compliance. He currently heads Bitstric, architecting the Sovereignty-First Agentic AI Trust Framework, designed to align agentic AI capabilities with corporate governance, operational trust, and legal compliance standards.
Previously, Lance served as Development Lead, where he directed APAC IT Risk Compliance operations, oversaw end-to-end risk analytics data pipelines, and mitigated application vulnerabilities for a major EU investment bank. His multidisciplinary background spans enterprise risk management, cloud-native backend architecture, and real-time robotics infrastructure.
