Tabia Rene is the Founder and CEO of Kaika AI, a Tokyo-based Workforce Alignment Intelligence company helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people through artificial intelligence. With a background in IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, and organizational transformation, Tabia is passionate about solving one of the most overlooked business challenges: the gap between business strategy and human engagement. He believes that while organizations have become increasingly data-driven in managing operations, finance, and customers, they still lack real-time intelligence about their workforce. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai (purpose), Tabia founded Kaika AI to help leaders understand not only what employees do, but also how they think, feel, collaborate, and align with organizational goals.
