His experience includes owning and operating a business with more than $45 million in annual revenue and working with major corporations and financial institutions on business strategy and organizational challenges.
Today, Damon challenges leaders to move beyond asking what AI can do and start asking what it should do. His work focuses on human judgment, accountability and the responsibility leaders carry as AI becomes more involved in business decisions.
