Governance, Risk, Cybersecurity & AI Assurance Leader Alok Tuteja is a senior Governance, Risk, Cybersecurity and Assurance professional with 25+ years of experience across the UAE and India, advising organisations on governance, enterprise risk management, internal audit, cybersecurity, compliance, digital trust and emerging technology risks. He has held senior leadership positions across leading organisations including KPMG, ADNOC Distribution, Agthia, HCL and Mazrui Holdings, and has led the development of Governance, Risk & Compliance and Internal Audit functions from the ground up. Alok holds a Doctorate in Corporate Governance and a Master’s in Management – Finance, and is professionally certified as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP and CFE. He has also contributed to the development of COBIT 5 for Risk and has been associated with ISACA's global IT Risk Advisory initiatives. A former President and Advisor of the ISACA UAE Chapter, Alok has also served on ISACA's IT Risk Advisory Group. He is a five-time Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and is passionate about leadership, governance and developing future professionals. His areas of expertise include Digital Trust, AI Governance and Assurance, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, GRC and emerging technology risk.
