Sebastian Marian is the Founder and CEO of Foxsy AI, where he is building a community-powered data and evolution engine for robotics. His career spans more than 23 years across AI, autonomous systems, robotics and software engineering.
In 2003, he founded Oxsy, an internationally recognized RoboCup team that has achieved multiple global podiums, including first place in the Cooperative Challenge and four third-place finishes in the main competition. From 2017 to 2024, Sebastian served as a Core Developer at MultiversX, contributing to scalable blockchain infrastructure.
He created Foxsy AI to connect these two worlds: using competition and simulation to generate valuable multi-agent data, real robots to validate progress and Web3 to make global participation transparent and rewarding. His long-term goal is to open advanced robotics development to researchers, developers and communities worldwide, even when they do not own specialized hardware.
