Abir Bouguerra is a strategy leader, entrepreneur, and executive communication specialist
working at the intersection of human influence, organizational transformation, and AI-era
leadership.
She is the founder of SpeakEasyToo, where she helps executives, founders, and senior
professionals translate complex thinking into messages people can understand, trust, and act
on, particularly when the stakes, visibility, and resistance are high.
Abir brings more than a decade of experience spanning strategy consulting, government
transformation, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship across the GCC. Currently the
founder of SpeakEasyToo and previously held regional leadership responsibilities at Roland
Berger Middle East, contributing to strategic planning, growth, governance, transformation, and
cross-functional execution. She has also led public-sector digital investment initiatives in Qatar
and built ventures across technology, communication, and the creative industries.
Her work brings an essential human dimension to the AI conversation: technology alone does
not create transformation. Its success depends on whether leaders can communicate
uncertainty, build trust, influence behavior, navigate cultural complexity, and preserve human
judgment as systems become more intelligent.
Through executive coaching, keynote speaking, workshops, and communication programmes,
Abir explores how language, authority, culture, emotion, and narrative determine whether
ambitious strategies remain ideas—or become coordinated action.
An Executive MBA candidate at HEC Paris and a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill
School of Journalism, Abir speaks four languages and is also a published Arabic poet. This
combination of strategic discipline, communication expertise, multicultural intelligence, and
creative perspective enables her to bring a distinctive voice to conversations about leadership,
influence, and the future of human relevance in the age of AI.
