About GreenSpire
GreenSpire Farming Tech, S.L. is a Spanish deep-tech company that researches, designs, develops and
industrialises advanced biosystems for controlled-environment cultivation. Its GS16 architecture combines
physical product, proprietary root-zone technology, sensing, data, artificial intelligence, additive
manufacturing and governed industrial processes.
GreenSpire 360 is the company's core biosystem platform. Rather than positioning itself as a conventional
vertical-farming operator, GreenSpire is building a modular technology and industrial architecture designed to
be validated by configuration, site and application before scale.
Technology & AION
GreenSpire integrates proprietary cultivation architecture, additive manufacturing, sensors, automation and
digital traceability. Its industrial model is designed around modularity, controlled configuration and the
possibility of distributed production where quality, economics, IP protection and operational readiness allow it.
AION is GreenSpire's local and semi-local AI architecture. It is designed as both an intelligence layer for the
GreenSpire ecosystem and a practical AI tool for users, combining compartmentalised access to data and
knowledge with orchestration of specialised tools and capabilities. The architecture follows a local-first,
human-in-the-loop approach so that critical operation is not dependent on permanent cloud connectivity or a
single general-purpose AI provider.
GreenSpire has also applied AI to the automation of an industrial manufacturing process, reinforcing its view
that industrial AI must be designed around the real process, people, equipment, controls and evidence of the
industry it is intended to support.
Sustainability, Circularity & Inclusion
GS16 treats sustainability, inclusion, circularity, measurable impact and economic viability as co-designed
parts of the same industrial system. GreenSpire is officially registered in Spain as a Special Employment
Centre, integrating inclusive technological employment into its operating model. The company does not use
the statutory workforce threshold as a public snapshot of its current workforce unless supported by a dated,
reconciled record.
Current R&D; also includes circular-material research, including recycled-plastic and recycled-textile
composites. This remains an active research programme and is not presented as a released production
material until qualification is completed.
